Books and Materials

Please be aware that books and materials are not included in the tuition cost for each course. Students are responsible for obtaining required books and other resources.

The cost of books ranges from approximately $125 to $265 per course, depending on the course and on the types of books students purchase (examples: new books vs. used books, hard copy format vs. electronic format).

You can view current book information by visiting PHC Prep Academy’s Online Bookstore. Most required texts can be purchased via the Online Bookstore website. Many of these books are available either new or used, and some are available in electronic formats.

Refund Policy

If you must drop a course you have registered to take, you may be eligible for a partial tuition refund. For more information about refund eligibility, please visit our drop and refund policy page. Please remember that $50 of the tution for each course and the $25 registration fee are non-refundable.
